Team in a Huddle would offer gifts and personalized products for children\'s sports teams. Items would include products to personalize team jerseys (jewels, patches, team names and numbers, etc), hair accessories, stickers and end of season rewards such as personalized ribbons, photo frames or books and other trade items. Personalized coaches gifts would also be available. The site would also sell banner kits (inexpensive banners made from felt fabric and pvc piping) so teams can hang their banners at games. Parents can purchase felt/banner colors, letters, numbers and sports cutouts and then assemble the banners in their own homes.

Parents of children involved in recreational or competitive sports programs; primarily families with young children who are involved with their first team experience or a recreational sports program. The goal would be for families to use the site when their children are first involved in sports and continue to use the products and offerings when their children mature and play on school or competitive teams. The business would also work with recreational programs and schools to promote the product offerings.

About You
Mother of three children under the age of seven who are actively involved in recreational sports programs and extra-curricular activities.
My children particpate in recreational soccer, baseball, basketball and other sports each season they are assigned to a team. The kids select a team name and often, parents create homemade banners and select ways to enhance the team experience.
As parents, we search for items to make the team special for the kids and it would be great to have a site that offers a "team in a huddle"

Online Clothing Boutique, designer name brands and eco-freindly name brands all in one place, etc. The site will provide todays trends for all ages. This is something that is not common because most online boutique are specialzed for one category (i.e serving women only, babies only, etc) This site will provide a shopping experience where all your shopping can be done in one place rather than all over the place. This is not to be compared with your large main online reatil sites that cater to all ages. This will be an online specialty boutique for all ages with brands that are hard to come by with an affordable price. Fashions may include: All apparel, Footwear, Accessories, Head gear, etc. Online fashion mini-parties will be held where customers will be able to bid on certain merchandise where proceeds will go to a certain charity, etc.

I propose to create the ultimate "boyfriend store" - a one-stop shop for all our gift-giving needs. I would like the design to have a cute and romantic feel while still maintaining that aura of professionalism. The catalog may consist of sections based on interests such as technology, executive, sports, games and puzzles, romantic, etc. I hope to eventually incorporate a blog, a product slideshow on the homepage, links to social networking websites, and effective online sales modules reflective of Amazon.com and other established websites. I'm a confident woman who loves life; I've worked hard to get where I am in my career and am proud of it; however I don’t love what I do and I find myself "dreaming" about "what I want to be when I grow up"…I’ve loved Fashion since I was a little girl but when it came to college and planning for the next phase of my life I took the business route because that’s what my family was pushing for so in 2005 I graduated with a BS in Accounting; after 3 years in corporate accounting and 2+ years providing accounting and technology solutions in a consulting capacity I realized that if I don’t take that next step and go after what I’m truly passionate about then I’ll always be a dreamer so I’m taking that leap of faith and pursuing my "dream" of owning a premier online women’s fashion boutique….wish me luck :-)
